Warranty:
Everything we sell comes with a one year warranty from manufacturers defect, and is exchangeable directly with us.

Refund/Exchange:
Print and fax the appropriate RGA form & we will credit or exchange upon receipt of the merchandise. A 20% restocking fee may apply in certain cases, and special order parts are billed upon ordering non cancellable once ordered.

Quality Guarantee:
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our products return the merchandise for a full credit/refund.

OEM -vs- NON-OEM:
For the customers education, companies need to justify higher prices so they use the quality issue. The facts are that 75%-80% of our products are manufactured by OEM manufacturers. YES, this makes them identical parts just in different packages and YES, they are 10%- 60% less money than their identical counterpart. The other 20%-25% of manufactured items go through rigorous testing long before they hit the field and no company has yet proven any quality differences. Knowing the facts, it makes sense (and cents) to buy identical products for 10%-60% off. After all, we all work hard enough for our money and the more we keep the more we make.

We will try our best to meet or beat any competitors printer promo prices, or invoice prices, thereby guaranteeing you that LB offers the best value in the industry.

Parts not in Catalog:
We are adding to our product line continuously so if there is a part number you need, fax/email or call in a price request. We rarely, if ever, cannot supply any part needed.
